I have a problem due to medicine that keeps me irregular. I feel bloated and uncomfortable all the time. I have tried prescription liquid laxatives, along with Miralax, prune juice, and many over-the-counter stool softeners and laxatives. I searched and found SANAR on Amazon. What a relief! It works great, no cramps, and now I no longer dread going to the restroom and straining and hurting afterward. I'm a very pleased customer.

The directions for this product are to take 1 to 3 capsules before bedtime. I started with the minimum of one capsule but did not see good results until I increased my dosage to the maximum of three capsules per night.Everyone is different so you may have to adjust your dosage with this one. Once I started taking three , I experienced all of the beneficial results of the product as listed. Including the end result of a 13 pound weight loss! I recommend that you try it but you may have to adjust the dosage for what works best for you.

I take 2 capsules twice a day and it keeps me regular. Works pretty fast. Pills are small and easy to swallow. Great price makes these an excellent value.

Good natural grade Colon Cleanser. This has helped with bloating I get around days that I have indigestion or less frequent BM. Taking one at night on those days you’ll wake up feeling less bloated and start to regulate. Yes, the body has systems that naturally cleanse the colon but sometimes your body needs help to move things along so far this has been a great help.

It works but not as well as other products. The price is right though.

This product had zero effect on me. My stomach is made of steel per say so it's hard to find good products that actually work that are all natural. In this case for this product it indicates to take 1-3 tables before bed I tried the 3 before bed the first night and it did not work (I do intense work outs 5 days a week and drink more than enough water per day). Since there is no dosage limit or specifics on the bottle or box and it's all natural next few nights I tried 4 then 5 pills before bed and still nothing other than really gassy. Basically for me, it was a waste of money although I know everyone is different and it may be effective for others it was not for me. Needless to say I will not waste my money on this product again.
