Arrived broken
I was really excited to use this in my craft room, I’m currently using a comfy but impractical high-top dining chair so when I found this one that’s the right height, cute, on wheels and has a foot rest I immediately purchased it! When it arrived and I began to assemble it something didn’t seem right with the way the foot rest was going on, it was super unstable and wobbly but I figured I’d continue and maybe it would come together after it was finished. Unfortunately, I didn’t make it that far tho. The back rest and the seat needed to be separately mounted onto the base and the screw holes were SOOO off. I mean like a good few inches for both, but in different spots. I’m actually pretty handy and have assembled all my own furniture, built tables and desks etc but this thing was beyond help. I’ve already returned it and received a refund prior to sending it back, which was nice, however I had to disassemble the parts that I’d gotten together, try to fit it back into a huge box, rearrange the car seats in my vehicle and lug it into the UPS store with my 1 year old and other 2 young kids since my husband was in the hospital and it had to be returned quickly or they’d take the money back. I REALLY wanted to love this chair, and maybe I just got a dud, but honestly it seems poorly made.

Ditto to other's critique on foot support and add that the fabric is a bit rough
I couldn't find many alternatives in chairs on casters that rise to bar height, so I don't regret the purchase. The "however" list - 1. I purchased this for home use and usually wear shorts. The fabric is a touch rough and scratchy, and I have sensitive skin. Sometimes I put an old pillow case on the seat, but that makes the chair look trashy. 2. Like other reviews have said, the foot support will not stay in place, even if you have a he-man try to screw it down. (And if you do, as the foot support slides down, it will leave scratches in the black paint.) 3. The metal riser is coated in grease to facilitate the chair height adjustment. OK, right that seems necessary, but any time my (bare) foot contacts that support, it gets a grease stain. 4. Assembly was easy except for putting on the back to the seat. A lot of pushing is required. If you have two people to assemble it, that won't be an issue. Try starting with the center screws. I think I made my life more difficult by doing an outside one first. 5. Looks, OK. I have grease rings on the riser marking the low and high points of the seat adjustment. (If the #$@ footrest would stay in one place, then I wouldn't be lowering the chair incrementally to compensate for the slipping footrest and that wouldn't be a problem.) 6. The casters. As others have said, they aren't the champs at sliding, but I don't need to move that far, just to scootch forward on a hard surface.Otherwise, yah, it's an OK chair. It's comfortable. easy to adjust the height, the price (about $109 when I purchased it) is fair for the quality of the product.

Got a damaged one
There was tear on the fabric of the seat, the holes didn’t line up so was only able to screw in 2 out of 3.. barely made the second one. The hydraulic went up and won’t go back down. It got stuck in one position and didn’t move. Extremely frustrating to put something together and not work.. it’s a chair.. it shouldn’t be this difficult

I made myself a standing desk and needed a good chair to use when I needed a break. This one is perfect! Very stylish and functional. My daughter likes using it too. My only complaint is that sometimes the foot rest slides downs and has scratched the paint, but overall I’d still recommend.

worst chair i’ve ever purchased
probably the worst product i have ever bought on amazon, worst thing is that i’ll have to pay $20 just to return it. the chair is so unstable to put together that i didn’t even decide to finish trying. even if one did decide to risk it the fabric is so bad its going to rip, it already started to on its own, you can see the foam padding. the wheels are supposed to pop in or something but they never do, its SO BAD !! please don’t buy this product

Comfy and easy assembly
This chair has a nice look, well padded seat and slimline look. It does not lower enough to fit under a desk as I was hoping but I am keeping it.

great addition to my home as bar stool
its awesome to use in the kitchen as counter height at the island AND bar height at the bar. Because it is wheeled, it can go from my island and bar very easily. The design of the chair allows this chair to pass as bar stool. the only fault i found was the seam of the chair back is not consistently lined up at the edge On one chair, its the seam turns inward toward the inside of the backing. its too much trouble to return so i kept it. I would give it a five star if it weren't for the seam issue

Works well at my teacher desk. Decent chair for the price.
I have a fairly large derriere but it fits okay. Otherwise it's completely comfortable. Assembly is really easy but it did feel a little unsturdy when I first put it together. The lowest setting fits perfectly at my standing desk. It can get much taller which was laughably a little scary.
