These are ok, the rods themself are coated differently than the end caps and just looks cheaper quality. Also the rods slide into each other so the screws that tighten the rods into place only work on the larger bar the smaller bar the screw isn’t long enough so your bar is going to slide anytime you pull your curtains open. They need to send a longer screw so that you can tighten it in place. This is a flaw in their design.

Instructions say “If screwing into drywall, follow instructions on enclosed sheet.” There was no sheet in either package of rods I bought. I improvised to find the proper size drill bit to use, but the dry wall screws are so cheap and flimsy that they broke apart with the slightest tap of a hammer. So due to cheap materials, I haven’t been able to install either one of these curtain rods.

This curtain rod comes with brackets that stick out a foot from the window rendering any curtain useless! You can almost walk behind the curtain from how far it sticks from the window. Do not recommend unless your just looking for aesthetics, not functional.

The rod is beautiful and looks fantastic upon installation, but the gold screws provided were terrible! Too soft and stripped immediately. We were aiming to drill into two studs and the screws couldn’t handle the pressure.Keep in mind, we were given the gold screws to match our rod. If you order this color, consider buying your own screws.

I purchased these brackets in the gold color for one room. I got those up fairly easy but I have now ordered the brushed silver and the brackets are different. Almost impossible to screw in the screws because the bracket is in the way. The screws strip VERY easily. So I have had to use different screws that are stronger to get them drilled in. Not happy. They look okay but one of the silver rods does have a small crack in the rod.

It looked ok initially. Then as we were trying to hang it, we unscrewed the end of it to slide the curtain on/of, it fell down and cracked and a portion broke off. I would definitely not waste your money instead buy a better quality curtain rod.

I just opened this after a remodel was complete and two of the rods are the same. The center rod was not sent, I have 3 rods that are the same. Useless!! Too late to return.

These rods look GREAT, have a solid weight to them, and with the hardware that came with them are incredibly sturdy. They look great in our farmhouse / industrial vibe we have going in our home too.
