Ok so looks at the reviews(diddnt look fantastic), but was £7.99, thought il give it a go. It arrived in an amazon box, in the box was this dirty see-through plastic bag. So I opened and first thought cheep and flimsy.Well turns out its actually very good. I couldn't get the hang of it , I just thought it didn't work. My husband laughed and said let me have a go, and wow ok I was doing it all wrong, it's more about the leg movement rather than hips. I have been using for a week and have dropped 2 links so very happy with that. Yes it is noisy but you have essentially a rollacosta around your waist. the fist few times I tried I got 1-10 spins. On day 3 I managed 30-50 spins and today I managed 100 without stopping. Lol little wins. Yes there is probably much better ones out there but this one was a fantastic try to see if I would be able to get on with it. I shall keep using it till it breaks and then go for a more expensive one. But I'm happy with this and it's really fun. Top tip turn your music up and go crazy 🤪 hope ti's helps.

The media could not be loaded.  I thought about buying for a long time. But it's worth it. I exercise twice a day for 40 minutes and there are already strong effects.Only systematic use will give an effect. All in all easy to use, you can adjust to your size. The weight is not heavy. I recommend it for everyday use

the plastic felt brittle and likely to break or snap at any moment. I returned this item because I didn't think it felt durable, and it was fiddly to set up - have to fill a bag with sand or grit, seal it and then fix it inside the ball.

This product was good and great exercise but it broke after 5 times of using so not good at all. The bearing attached to the weight totally collapsed and so no longer usable

I have been using this product for a few weeks and have already noticed the difference! I added some more sand into the weighted section so it made the weight heavier. The waist band fits very well and the product is easy to use. Highly recommend this product.

Nice and cheap, only thing is, it says red and it's pink 😟
