This book offers great guidance for planning and prepping for the first 3 months of a new job. Organized and thoughtful. The first 3 months are critical to long term success and having a guidebook in the absence of a coach was extremely helpful!

I read the first edition and shared it with my team. As a Marketing VP often involved in M&A transitions this book acts as a foundation in how to integrate and establish best practices with your team and key stakeholders. Tremendous resource for ensuring you are considered and thorough in the crucial transition in those First 100 days.
