You can cut your veggies just like using a pair of scissors! Great product. The blade can be removed for sharpening when needed. No more cutting yourself when using a knife to cut a slippery, wet vegetable.

This is a delightful tool. I used it daily and sometimes several times daily. Recently, I made a large salad and multiple items and use it for most of the components of my salad in just a few minutes and the clean up with very quick. I have purchased several and shared them with friends and family members. A neat inexpensive, useful gift.

I think this is a fantastic product however it is not sharp enough. I had trouble chopping herbs on it because the blade couldn’t get all of the way through the herbs. If you have a independent knife sharpener you’ll be fine. If you don’t, skip this instrument.

Easy to use, and easy to clean.

I chop vegetables every day, so when I saw a TikTok video using one of these numbers, I was sold. I used it ONCE and it broke in my hand. The design is cool but very cheaply made. Save yourself the hassle of having to return this!

I use it to cut zucchini every morning. Even though zucchini is soft the blade still pulls extremely far to the left when cutting. It still cuts and I don’t have to clean a large knife or cutting board every day but don’t expect for it to cut uniformly.

The quality is great. Not as sharp as I thought, hence the 4 ☆ rating. Maybe over time it will be Sharper as the sharpener is provided!
