Unfortunately, these are cheap with good reason. As you can see, they are for two size diameter holes. I had the smaller diameter. The first step was to figure out how to get the very thick plastic off of the rod so that they would fit in my boat. Now I'm struggling with how they fit on the actual oars. Ugh!

No fault of Caviness since they did not make this product. When you clamp it to the oar it causes the oar lock to bind of making for tough rowing. Buy the Sea Dog Brand it's much better quality.
