Disappointing but Satisfying
Overall, the novel, and spin-off series, was a good read, however I feel that there's a distinct lack of development of relationships between the Fugitive Six, especially, as a group of six. A number of them barely actually interact, and there are actions the characters take that aren't entirely bad, but you can see the writer pushing them in that direction for reasons that the character is unaware of. Return to Zero especially feels like it doesn't have any real stakes until more than halfway through the novel, which isn't bad on its own, but as it's the final of its trilogy, it doesn't feel like the stakes of the prior books actually built up to this. It's the fallout of the prior book and suddenly a conflict of its own because there needs to be one, and then the resolution to both the trilogy and the arc, while setting up for the next series.

Please write more!!
What I loved about this book is that it never got boring...What I hate about this book is that someone we all loved dearly, died.If Pittacus Lore is out there, I would ask him to please, please write another book! Like piggy-back off the epilogue! But, I’m begging, please give my favorite character, Marina, more than eight-teen words. Please, if you could, makeSomething about this Marina and John relationship! How about more than about two lines? Thank you!

The End
Happy that this saga has come to an end. Everything ends. The book isn’t really an ending, though. It leaves room for another continuation in which I’m not interested. The authors ability for action, suspense, and drama come to life at the end. There’s rapid switching of scenes that make for page turning. However, I’m disappointed that the main characters of the series are subdued. It’s as if they’re not there. I understand the author’s motivation. He’s presenting a new trilogy with new characters that are the center of attention. Nevertheless, the whole story is built on these teenage aliens. They should always been seen in their full bloom as characters. They matter. Their arc matters. Their struggle is what built this new world. That’s the appeal of the story.

Decent end, few things not well fleshed out
Spoilers.. so read first.I felt like this story kind of brushed off the whole thing about the body stealing Lucas on his way to take over 4. Like, they knew, and they kind of ignored it like it was no big deal. Also, I felt like John was kind of dumb throughout. This guy is better than superman.. more powers, etc. Yet, he kept leaving things to those with one legacy and some telekinesis, when he could have just handled the whole thing himself.I am glad they ended it, as its been a long series of books. Though they leave it off a bit too, with the Mog girl waking up from basically death for weeks, not knowing what shell do, and the governments/etc not finalizing what is to become of the Garde program, those with powers, etc.Still, I want more.

AMAZING!
I have been a fan for years and years. These books has kept me going for years, and it’s a great escape from life. I am going to miss this series, and miss my connections to the characters. I feel apart of their family, but nothing last forever.

Good book but with gaps...
This book is good! The whole series is a great follow up to Lorien Legacies... the original garde are in it which is great, Kopano noticing Johns look at Taylor seems like a reference to her similarity to Sarah which is sweet, and the fighting strategy is also very detailed however there are a number of things that make me hope this is not the last...1. There is no mention of Rena and no closure for new characters such as her and Nemo.2. What happened to the other chimera? That is not mentioned.3. What is the outcome of the trials? Seems like a new beginning not an ending.4. How can Marina be in a relationship with John when they are both clearly clinging to Sarah/Eight. They need some closure..And another flaw- didn't Einar say Lucas couldn't use telekinesis in a different body? But then he does- that is not explained.Overall it was interesting and hard to put down but it felt like something was lacking- I hope for another spin off with Nemo, Rena, Max to explain the missing pieces.

A better world
A great book, I literally did not want to put it down. The book is very fast paced, not quite as action as I would have liked. Actually that is a bit unfair as there is quite a bit of action, but a lot of it is preparation for things to come.I think the pace of the book comes from the fact that this is the ending, and things have really hit the fan. This is a story of the New Grades and the new world, the other Lorien's are there more as guide, or for there "gloomy charm" bringing more problems the he solves (4).The book is very X-men, I noticed a number of similar power, and evaluation of the power/legacies.A good ending for the series, truth be told I did prefer the original series and characters (slightly), but the characters are more conflicted and "real".The book does have a bit of everything. Preparation, development, redemption and enough action and adventure. The characters are tougher from what they have been through. A good ending but enough left over for another story arc in the future.

Not as good as the others and not helped by poor quality
I really like this series and pre-ordered this book. I enjoyed it, but didn't love it. I don't think it was as exciting as the others in the series and there was so much that could have been expanded on.What was really irritating though is that this book is published by Penguin, cost more than your average kindle book and had so so many grammatical errors. I'm really not sure how it passed it's editing checks! So many missed capital letters!

The end.
The last of the Earth Guarde novels. This book ties up a lot of the storylines (but not all) in a mostly satisfactory way. I personally think there's at least one more book to be written because there is quite a lot left unsaid and undone.

Great Fun
This appears to be the last of the I Am Number 4 books. So far having not read one the books for a number of years, I am slowly getting back into the characters that make up the story.

As gripping as always
I love this series and the original, the characters have their flaws and faults but strive to do the best they can. I love how the story fits together and after every novel I'm just longing for the next one.The twists the turns, the fights the reconciliation, the love the lose. Its just an amazing page turner.
