I usually do not write reviews on products, but I feel I must for PolyTEAK. I ordered 2 ottomans to match Adirondack Chairs I had purchased elsewhere..one of the ottoman sets had 2 damaged pieces, I suspect from handling in delivery, and I reached out to PolyTEAK to see if I could replace the damaged parts. PolyTEAK's response was prompt and I was quite satisfied with how the company handled the situation.I am pleased with the quality of the product, and look forward to many years of use in a harsh weather environment.I highly recommend.

The footrest was easy to assemble, even though it came without the screwdriver listed on the list of enclosed tools (I used my own). Its fairly lightweight but quite sturdy. I expect to get many hours of rest and relaxation on it this summer!

this was delivered quickly. And very easy to put together. It makes a huge difference in that you can relax a bit better in this type of chair. I'm about 6ft tall. I was worried about the sturdiness of it. I don't have kids so it will be fine.

Easy to put together and goes well with my matching chairs. Would recommend using a drill and wrench if you have it, only takes 5 minutes to put together with the proper tools.
