XB-70 'Valkyrie'
A great model of the strategic bomber intended to replace the B-52. It was never mass-produced but elements of its design can be seen in the B-1 and the Concorde. The "one that got away." Love the model's detail and elegant lines.

Excellent kit of the XB-70
I remember this kit in the early 70s, I loved it then and I've built several over the years for nostalgia. The XB-70 was meant to be the ultimate high altitude Mach 3 long range bomber for SAC. It showed a lot of promise but due to it's astronomical cost only two test articles were built. One was destroyed in a midair collision and the other was used by NASA for many years and is now in a museum. The kit is a reasonable representation but not entirely accurate. A quick easy build it makes for a stunning display. Note that it was considered for development as a commercial SST.

Adequate
Not a great model, but an affordable B70 model. I painted it as if it was in service today minus the full color decals. I kinda liked the color. Bad decals tho. Thick.

It is ok
Not bad model landing gears almost impossible to assemble they are not fitting perfectly. All in all not a bad model and easy to build. I wished they had a bigger size one too!
