THE GREAT RED DRAGON BOOK WAS RECOMMEND BY A GOOD DR. FRIEND THE BOOK IS VERY INTERESTING IT MAKES YOU LOOK AT PEOPLE A LITTLE DIFFERENT I RECOMMEND THIS BOOK TO ANYONE WHO IS STUDYING THE UNIVERSE ALSO BEFOR YOU CALL SOMEONE OUT OF THIER NAME. VERY GOOD BOOK. THANK YOU!

This book is good overall as an introduction to metaphysical concepts and explaining how having sex affects physical and spiritual health. There are many truths in this book. One that I found particularly interesting is that people who have children tend to age faster than people who don't because of the amount of life force energy that is spent during the procreation process. I found this statement to be very factual because I don't have any children and when I tell people my age they think I'm lying. One of the things I don't like about this book is how it is written. It's really not a book per say it's more like an essay. Most of the pages consist of quotes the author has gathered from various sources to validate his own arguments. I felt like instead of spending so much time trying to validate his self by constantly referring to other authors and medical professionals he should have spent more time developing and clarifying his theories and philosophies. Yet still a good read overall.
