No rack for quarter plates
I can only put dinner plates in the rack. One of the rod is loose and I am unable to put quarter plates in the rack. Please help

Bad workmanship,holes not matched,skinny type,shabby,assembly not a easy task.Price is too much high as compared to the quality of product as well as market.Due to above mentioned reason i feel Cheated.
