Just right for my purposes to correct poor punch hole types of sleeve
I use this in binders and sleeves with non matching poor hole positioning. It is easy to position, although needing quite a lot of hand pressure on heavy duty plastic sleeves. Does the job!

Makes a clean hole, and retains clipping in the device for later emptying. Well made device.

This is not heavy duty at all. It struggles on one piece. gets stuck and then you have to pry it open again.
