I liked the solid cup and the portability but the blending power just isn't there. I gave up on this thing after many attempts at blending even a banana. How is it supposed to crush ice? No way! Not worth the money!!!!!

Pleasantly surprised! Great personal blender, easy to clean and easy to carry. The charger last for quite some time. You can't beat the price, either.

We liked how compact it was, but it did not create a smooth enough smoothie for our liking, and we had a lot of trouble getting it to work as well.

This blender cup takes some getting used to. It comes mostly pre-assembled. All you need to do is attach the different part of the cup together. Blending power is okay. It does the job almost as well as my immersion blender but it's not as powerful as a regular kitchen blender.When attaching the cup to the blender and battery components, you have to twist it with momentum. If you twist slowly, it takes a HUGE amount of strength and grip to lock them into place. The trick is to do it with a sudden and quick twisting motion. The manual doesn't mention this, but this technique makes things a lot easier.The o-ring on the lid can fall off sometimes. In order to re-attach it properly, you need to align it with the tab on the cap and then screw it on the cup. This locks everything in place again. The lid will not close if the o-ring isn't aligned properly, and the blender only work if the lid is closed.I am using this with Huel. The powder gets blended with water much better if you put the powder in first, and then add the water. The blender doesn't have the power to pull the powder all the way down if the cup is full and the powder is all the way on top. The whirlpool isn't strong enough, but it is adequate. I often have to tilt the cup a bit for the blender to start and then shake a little while blending. Also, the lid must be closed for the blender to turn on. When the blender turns off, you have to wait for the orange light to blend again. I wish that the inside of the cup didn't have corners and grooves because some amount of powder always gets stuck on them and clumps.This is the biggest cup I could find for a portable blender cup on Amazon. For what it is, I like it. It's not loud and that helps in not waking up my roommates in the evening. This blender cup doesn't impress me but it does the job, so if you have moderate expectations you will be satisfied. It's like having a good friend instead of a best friend. The cup is also very well sealed thanks to the o-rings; no spills at all!

I got taken. I followed the instructions for use: charging, assembly, etc. It NEVER worked. I wasted my money. I will not buy a product from this company again. If I could give it a negative one, I would.

This blender is powerful for a portable blender. I love it for after the gym or at work when I’m trying to eat healthy. It’s not loud and annoying like a regular blender.

This is the best overall portable blender that I tried. You have to accept that it does not have the power of a plug in blender. It take some trial and error to get the sequence of your smoothie ingredients right so that the blender will work. And full size ice cubes will NOT work. It must be crushed ice already. I load crushed ice then some water then my protein powder then frozen fruit and then top off with balance of water or milk. I also start the blender on a slight angle so that the blades don't immediately jam. 9 times out of 10 after 2 blend cycles .. maybe 3 I have a Juice bar quality smoothie at a fraction of the price made to my exact specs .. enjoy every drop :)
