this ab roller wheel is so difficult and really works to the abs, great product
way more difficult than I expected, I go to the gym a few times a week and do a circuit class. Wanted something to use at home to work the abs and this really does get the lower abs all the way up to the upper. First time I used it I can really feel a burn in the lower abs which I struggle to activate with other core workouts.

Works exactly as it is meant to but it's not easy to assemble
As the title suggests. The actual process is super simple to assemble; however, the problem is the grips. One of the grips comes separated from the bar (which is understandable). You need to slide the grip cover onto the bar. Unless you have a lot of strength, you're not getting it on.Fortunately, I have much power.
