Exactly what I hoped they'd be like. Absorbent and quick drying and feel like a quality item

Good size but linen content was not quite as high as would have liked. Needed ironing after first wash.

I must qualify that my previous tea towels made from Irish Linen and Cotton blend have lasted 10 years but are due to be replaced - so this is always going to be a high benchmark. The tea towels supplied are available from a number of notable trusted sources so I already had high expectations. On arrival, the packaging was very good. I would not doubt the material was as described but I doubt the absorbency - the material felt thin and the thread count seems quite low. If a bed sheet is 400 thread counts per inch, this looks like 75. It had more of a look of cheesecloth. The tea towel contain a lot of dressing so once washed it would undoubtedly behave more rag-like.Disappointingly, I believe this maybe the best that is available so if I am not prepared to lower my expectations I am going to have to accept this lower level of quality. I will keep looking for now.As per usual Amazon accepted the return without quibble and refunded without waiting to receive the item back - super service.

The fantastic way they dry without leaving fluff , and polish everything.
