Was also happy to find this alternative back home in the UK when I returned. The pills are easy to sallow not too thick. Thanks again!

Help me with my liver because my gall bladder was removed and I had problems with my stomach

It came with misaligned label which makes it look like a fake product.

Tablets are great but I would’ve expected more tablet capsules inside the container as it’s not even a quarter full. I would rather pay more and have a full container then pay what I paid and only have a quarter of a container

We received this product through the Amazon Vine review program.Swisse is a new brand for us – we had never heard of them. They were Australia’s best selling vitamin brand in 2018 and have been branching out into India, Europe and the US in recent years. They are just launching into the UK market and with a 50 history, we thought we would give them a try.Packaging:- the cardboard box outer packaging is made from FSC sustainable forests and the plastic pot is made from bioplastic and both a recyclable. They are making an attempt to have recyclable labels and call out that they haven’t perfected it yet and there might be labelling issues. I didn’t notice any issues.These tablets come with a tamper evident security seal. This is a good sign for us as we like this extra confidence in a product that this provides. The bad news here though, is that the security seal is a complete waste of time! I was able to remove the lid and replace it without breaking the seal. This is really poor! I’m wondering if retailers or etailers would take returned products if the seal isn’t broken? There is no seal on the box – it’s purely the seal on the pot. We therefore have concerns over the contents be it swapped out, tampered with or and other form of malicious interference.Potential Health benefits: - These tablets are specifically targeting normal liver function and digestive health.There are no NRV figures listed for the mineral/element and botanical extracts in these tables. We found this surprising and wondered if this was because some of the key ingredients were botanical extracts rather than vitamins and minerals. Instead we found some Adequate Intake levels for some ingredients and just anecdotal for othersThe key ingredients are:-Choline – supposedly good for liver function:- The website of the Australian Government National Health and Research Council suggests that while “choline is essential, there appear to have been no reports of deficiency in the general population”. It goes on to suggest that the Adequate Intake levels are for 550mg/day and 425mg/day for Men and Women respectively over 18 of age. These tablets contain 82.5mg of choline and with 2 tablets per day this equates to 30% of the Adequate intake for men and 38.8% for women.Other botanical extracts – supposedly good for digestive health for a natural detox:- We found that the suggested dosage levels for these vary on different sites and was anecdotal. We did not find an NRV or Adequate Intake figure.Given that we could not trust the integrity of the seal we will not be taking these tables and I will emailing Swisse. I will update this review with their response accordingly.Overall Recommendation: These are relatively expensive for 15 day’s worth of tablets especially as we have serious concerns about the security seal.

I’ve been taking these for 2 weeks, I have 3 more pills left to take. I would like to order more of them but I am on a lot of medications that really breaks the bank so I have to prioritise which ones are more important for me to pay for and unfortunately these are not. However ignore my financial reasons for why I cannot buy them and I will tell you the reasons why I would highly recommend them. I had my gallbladder removed 6 months ago and ever since I have been having a lot of trouble digesting foods, stomach cramps and acid reflux etc all due to the gallbladder. I did some self research and I seen that digestive enzymes are important must have for people without gallbladders. I chose some bacterial enzymes to start with and they work great, I finished the bottle and I immediately started getting them symptoms again. These pills came available on the vine program so naturally I chose to try them. The symptoms went away after a few hours of taking the first dose. I am very clued up when it comes to feeling my symptoms so I know these liver supplements work and they work very well. The tablets are large but I find them easy to swallow. They appear to be coated to help with swallowing. They are a very light green coloured and it does not come as capsules so there’s no terrible taste or smell to them. I’m so fixed on the bacterial enzymes that I didn’t think these would work as well but they do and I am glad I got to try them. Swisse is a brand that I trust however this bottle of pills last just 2 weeks. That’s a big commitment having to have to pay £30 each month. If they were a one month supply I would say that was reasonable.

I ordered this for myself I have liver problems due to catching hepatitis on one of my backpacking years abroad although treated and cleared it did do damage to liver.I take milk thistle and turmeric to help with liver function and thought this would be a way to lessen pills I take each day as combined.The pills aren’t too big and are easy to take with water.Your told to take 2 pills a day which would mean this bottle will only last 15 days? This would work out very expensive as would be use 2 bottles a month.Ive only been take 2 days and it’s very hard to review supplements as a lot of time they work by keeping you as healthy as are now or you start taking due to concern so combine with healthier lifestyle, so any improvements are hard to say are purely supplement.But the ingredients are all good and had no negative reactions.I will update review in 2 weeks when I finish pills. Edit. I increased stars to 4 because I’ve been take for 10 days now and I really feel it’s helping.I itch a lot and anyone that has had liver problems will tell you itching is a symptom but Iv noticed over last few day I’m not feel need to itch so much my skin isn’t becoming itchy and it’s a massive plus,I debated whether I should give 5stars but at moment still not sure but I’m going to buy another bottle and continue take and see if any improvement on next liver function test.
