Well now, you're just delaying your own relief!!!!After 11 hours, 6 days a week on hard concrete for the postal service, only this was able to stop the constant ache of my feet. It puts accupressure right in that sweet spot. It feels awkward at first....but just put them in your shoes and go walk around the house. Then come inside and sit down and you will feel your feet suddenly unleash and flood with this AMAZING feeling.I really don't mean to be dramatic here, I'm just being honest. These babies are better than a chiropractors thumb. They push up right where your fatiqued foot fails.

They killed my feet. Maybe I order the wrong inserts. But I cannot use them. I have been going without inserts for a couple months and my feet feel better. They are very soft and looked comfortable.

I bought more than one pair of these several years ago, and they worked for me like a charm. The fact that I could also wear them with dress shoes for work was also a plus. They were also easy to throw in the wash to clean, and lasted much longer than the company proclaims.This pair arrived recently and I was a bit disappointed as they are smaller and thinner than the ones I remember. I will report back after I wear them a while. I am hoping for the best. So far I am not liking that they are sticky and attract lint and dog hair.UPDATE: They work as before for warding away my foot problem. I can tell when I need to pay attention and start wearing these. (And hop out of bed on tippy toes)I am still disappointed in the drop in size and quality. For what they cost, it's disappointing. And they still attract lint.My 2 cents for folks who say that they hurt: When I first started wearing these, they did feel like they were poking me in the bottom of my foot. But after a week or two this subsided, ending with a healed foot.

This is a great product that actually works! After trying many orthotics, even the $1,200 ones from the Store that advertises on TV with professional athletes, these are the ones that actually work. I bought my first pair in July. I figured I could use a new pair since I work 10-12 hour shifts a day. I did not even realize my feet were not hurting anymore. That’s how well these work. Thank you for actually creating something that actually works and does not cost a fortune. Wish I had discovered these before I spent close to $2,000 getting expensive orthotics, over the counter orthotics, and two steroid injections. I went from the left foot hurting to the right foot hurting to both feet hurting. Now I can honestly say neither of my feet hurt now, at least not like the used to when I could barely walk. No more limping down the hallways. My feet are truly HAPPY now! THANK YOU!

I was very hopeful that this would work. They are very uncomfortable and they move inside my shoe. Stopped using them after a few days. They hurt my feet. more than they helped.

I think the quality and comfort from heel pain is very good. I didn't rate it a five because it doesn't work in summer shoes. I have open back Keen shoes and they fall out. I certainly can't use them on my Reef ortho. Looking forward to seeing how they work in my fall hiking boots

I will add a photo later. I bought these for my competitive cheerleader who is 10. The was having a lot of pain in her feet, heels, etc. and we were seeing a therapist for it. Put these in her shoes and she said instantly-no pain. And I have had no complaints from her so far. Even bought a pair for her school shoes! These are a must buy! Great value for price, oh my goodness!

Not worth anything. The product was too small, uncomfortable, and completely worthless. And the company, does not allows returns!!I I am a RN, and I am constantly on my feet at work. I have been having heel pain from plantar fasciitis. I bought the heel cups with hopes that they would help with the pain. The heel cups do not work at all. They are actually uncomfortable. Do not waste your money!

Suffering from PF for over a year, I came across HTP heel cups on amazon and decided to try it. It worked! I could feel relief within days. I was off running for almost 8 weeks, and after wearing the heel cups for about a week, I am now running easy runs - about 5-8 kms a day :). The cups may look small and unassuming, but they were extremely effective in giving me relief. I have tried everything - orthotics, shock wave therapy, chiropractor, physiotheray, laser treament, but in the end, I feel these gel cups helped.I am absolutely a fan!.. and their customer service is TOP CLASS. Amanda will personally respond to your email promptly.I had bought a small size, but wasn't sure if it would fit, so I sent her an email to ask about replacing it with a medium. She right away processed the medium size order and told me to keep the small size as well!.. I am so very impressed!.Thank you Amanda, you and your Company and your product are rock stars!

Recently I’ve been experiencing sharp pain in my heel. After a few days of wearing the Plantar Fasciitis Insoles I can notice the difference. I no longer experience the sharp pain in my heel like I previously did. Week worth a try if you are in a similar situation

I bought a pair of these "Heel Seats" insoles for my wife. She has plantar fasciitis, which is causing excruciating pain in her right heel. But for her, these insoles do NOT relieve the pain at all. The insoles do NOT have any cushion whatsoever. They do NOT contain any soft gel.The package contains just TWO PIECES of flexible MOLDED PLASTIC. I guess they are supposed to take pressure off the middle of the heel, but for my wife, they do not make walking any less painful.At a cost of $28 for two useless pieces of plastic, this is a very bad deal. We spent $28 and got NO BENEFIT whatsoever. None. Even if these insoles did relieve pain, the $28 price is exorbitant.Also, when I bought these insoles, there was no obvious warning that Amazon would not accept returns of this item. But now that I've bought them and want to return them, Amazon makes it very clear that they are NOT RETURNABLE. Granted, they are a personal item, but the manufacturer should accept returns anyway and just discard them. My loss is $28, but if I could return them, the manufacturer's loss would be much less. I doubt that these cost even 50 cents to make.In summary: NO gel cushion, NO pain relief for my wife, and RETURNS ARE NOT ALLOWED!

These are pointless and do not help my plantar fasciitis in any way.
