I am so so pleased with these vitamins!! I was nervous to try another hair skin and nails vitamin because years ago the Natures Bounty brand gave me hives. But I love Tia Mowry, so when I heard about her vitamins, I felt comfortable trying them, and so far I’m loving them. The taste is great, doesn’t really taste like anything but so often vitamins have a strange smell or something and these are fine. And my biggest issue has always been my nails breaking. I could never get them to grow long and stay long because they would always chip, crack and break off. But within the first week of taking these vitamins I noticed my nails felt different. They felt harder and stronger. Just within a week!! And they still haven’t broken! I’m blown away. Totally blown away. I will definitely continue to buy these vitamins. I’m looking forward to the difference they’ll have for my hair and skin.

I've been using this product for about 4 months. I normally wear my hair in its natural curly state but when I decided to straighten my hair for a trim, I was blow away by the length and health of my hair. My hair was much longer and super healthy. Not only did my hair look healthy, it felt healthy. I also noticed my dry brittle nails are much stronger. The pills are easy to take and they do not bother my stomach. One of the best vitamins I have taken. Results are defiantly visible.

I really didnt have high expectations for this but it seems to really be working. I noticed after using it for a week that I had a lot less hair falling out when I showered. I know most hair loss is due to hormonal changes but these seem to really be helping. Too early to tell with skin and nails, hence the four stars

I actually bought this product because I stopped taking birth control and started having problems with my skin, so I decided it couldn't hurt to try this. I was pleasantly suprised to notice my nails started growing. Over the years, I've tried multiple products to get my nails to grow and nothing ever worked. That alone prompted me to purchase a second bottle. I would definitely recommend this product and now include it in my daily vitamin regimen.

I had tried this product because i want to improve the overall well-being of my skin,hair and nails, i only had the trial sample but my skin has been less dry in those days using it, i would still like to see with more use, improvement on hair and nails. The only downside of this product was the size of the pill,its a wee big.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this product!!! I finally found a supplement that really works. I have Hoshimotos Disease and my hair tends to grow slow, break often, and fall out easily. My hair is growing much faster now in my opinion and I swear it's not falling out as much. I love this company's supplements and I will forever be a customer of theirs.
