Very impressive image quality.
It's mind-blowing image quality and illumination for a x100 magnification scope.I use it for birding and for astronomical viewing. There is plenty of light level available for my phone to get clear images of the moon and stars..Very good overall quality. I'd say faultless to be honest.

Better than expected!
Given the drop off in performance of the zoom eyepieces at the higher magnifications, I wasn't expecting too much - but I was amazed at how clear the image was. Converts my birding scope for astronomical use. General comment - the SDL2 eyepiece is very useful when searching and homing in a bird, but if you're in a situation where you can use the Opticron fixed focal length eyepieces, they do give a wider view and a much better image.
