Purchased to make brownies in the microwave; because it is silicone, it is soft and can be a challenge when washing, should batter or baked goods get stuck in the corners because you did not grease it well. I’ve used it twice but gave up on making brownies. Haven’t used it in the oven yet; will update when I do.

This product is a bit flimsy and doesn't brown as well as a metal pan, however it is perfect for what I primarily use it for. I make a lot of caramels for friends, family, and coworkers and this is ten times better than lining a metal pan with parchment paper coated in oil, which the caramels will, frustratingly, still stick to. Once the molten caramel cools, it just pops out, no extra oil needed (caramels are far from healthy, but I like to think they are healthier than they otherwise would be).

I bought this to use in a small RV. We’ve been trying it out at home first. So far we have made brownies, orange rolls and crust less quiche in it. Works great. My favorite is to put 6 cupcake liners in it and make muffins in it .

I baked a cake in the pan and put it inside my glass one to help keep it stable. The sides buckled in a bit while cooking. Overall the cake came out ok, and it was so easy to get out. Just weird that it folded in like that.

Have not tried it as yet....but will do that this week when we make toffee ! Delighted with how sturdy it is. It will easily take the candy temp...285 degrees. After we try it out will probably purchase more. We already have a muffin pan that works beautifully. Might get the loaf pan. Baked goods just pop right out and the pans are very easy to clean.

I loved using this pan. I made microwave brownies and they couldn’t have come out better. It’s summer and I really didn’t want to heat up the house with the oven. And.....clean up was a breeze.

Excellent quality & easy cleanup! I bought 2 & just gave them a full weekend workout with my holiday baking. Favorite use is my famous fudge! Just flip them over & out it pops, no more carving it our of metal pans or praying that it doesn't stick. I love these pans!

Very nice quality that worked perfect for my needs. If you have ever made 6 min caramels in the microwave this is the perfect pan to let the caramel set in. coat the inside with butter and the caramel popped right out when it was ready. Would definitely by from this seller again.
