Effie the Magician - a children's book of humor, magic and adventure

Ok so it's a good story line but seriously I read it on 2 MINUTES!!!! Honestly and it didn't say anything about It being like 5 pages long!! So don't buy this book unless your little ones want short books to read!

My daughter is 8 and was immediately drawn to Effie because she's 8 too. Unlike most books that enter our house, this was consumed in 3 days with much giggling and cries of "Mummy you have GOT to read this book!!". It's a well paced and colourful tale, that I think may appeal more to girls than boys, although there's plenty here for everyone. My daughter now has the reading bug and any book that can do that for a child must be good.
