I loved reading this book from start to finish. I could not put it down. As a woman, it inspired me to do the work within myself to prepare to receive the that is willing to do the work outlined within this book. Each chapter pulls back the veil a little more to reveal what men go through in relationships. It is so refreshing to hear a man’s perspective that is open, honest, and transparent. Definitely worth giving it 5 stars!!

For those on a quest to ready yourselves for love, this is a must read. I felt like this book came at a time where self reflection was required. The read-reflect-write cadence forced me to look internally and gave me the opportunity to restructure my entire experience. Such a great read where you’ll walk away empowered.

Excellent book

I love how relatable, vulnerable, and creative Paul B. Williams was in sharing his story with love in a way that ignites love within us. As a psychotherapist, I found myself utilizing the text to help clients understand their emotions more and create meaning from their previous relationships. As a husband, I found myself utilizing the text to be more transparent with my wife about my emotions in a meaningful way. I also found myself putting more effort into our love life as new parents. There are many lessons to learn and there's something for everyone in this book. I would recommend this book for anyone that is either in a relationship, seeking a relationship, or working with couples or individuals with a history of romantic relationships.
