Good support but not old man friendly.
Works great but do have two things that keep me from giving this bet a 5. First the shoulder straps are to short for me, they keep pulling the belt up beyond where I want it. Second, it's hard to get it off with my old hands. The velcro seals flat and there are no pull tabs to get ahold of to undo them.
