Exactly what I needed
I had a very upsetting anxiety/panic attack and purchased the valerian as I had run out. Combined with two other oils in an overnight diffuser I feel this has helped me greatly. The despatch was very quick, much appreciated. Thank you.

Smells awful.....works brilliantly!
I’ve had valerian tea before so I’m aware of its putridness(?). So the scent of this didn’t come as a total surprise. However when mixed with other oils, lavender, vetiver, bergamot or sweet orange it’s no noticeable. What does work is the effect it has on my sleep. I’ve always had issues getting off to sleep and this helps massively in being able to get to sleep.I do strongly suggest you mix it with another essential oil though.
