Back cap didn’t fit properly but fixed with teflon tape
The back part (with the lanyard) was loose. Started a return, but I hate throwing things away (and amazon would certainly do that) so tried to fix. Three wraps of teflon (plumbers) tape made the threads tight and secure. Other than that issue, it’s good.

Great for ferro rod handle hack!
Bought this particular holder for use in holding a blank ½"x5" ferro rod. Put a little masking tape around one end of rod and slide it in the end cap. Tighten down front closure to keep it from falling out. Slide rod back in after use. Works PERFECTLY. Convenient loop handle, great price.
