It’s very good vitamin

These come nicely packed in 4 foil cards. Each card is divided into 7 and labelled n the back Monday to Sunday Each day there is ! Omega 3, 1 Coenzyme Q10 and 1 Cardio ComplexI like the idea of the Daileys dose when you need. My husband uses this system a sent by pharmacist for his prescription medicines and it works well. The Omega 3 and Coenzyme Q10 is easy to swallow but the cardio Compound is quite large. I was really keen for this but not it has come I was all set for trying this but now it has come I am having doubts , Bak omega 3 t=regularly but really not heard of the others . I think I will discuss with my Doctor when I can get hold of him

The whole family take these. It may be imagined but we all actually feel better than we were. We used cheaper brand before but we think these are sourced better and create an all round superior product. We intend to keep using this manufacturer. We love all their products

Was Good trip

I haven’t seen this approach before, that is supplement manufacturers addressing conditions and putting together supplements that support these conditions. I see many advantages to this, they have obviously looked at the latest studies and put together the beneficial nutrients that support heart health. Each of the 4 packs are sectioned into seven, one for each day and they have cleverly assigned one for every day of the week. This is an ingenious design as by starting on Monday you can see if you missed any day. I like the fact that being in the blister pack it can be easily taken while away from home, something I often don’t bother to take bottles of supplements with me but using these packs it’s easy to do so. Two capsules and one tablet are contained in blister packs. The capsules are smallish and easy to swallow, the cardio complex tablet is quite large but has been scored so if you have difficulty swallowing tablets you can break it in half. I didn’t have any after taste.At the current price of £ 19.99 it is very good value as it you don’t need to invest in these supplements individually which could work out to be more expensive.There is no information regarding allergens or GMO ingredients which I would have liked to have seen but if that isn’t an issue for you then this is a very convenient way of buying these nutrients.The best before date is 03/2022 which means that they are reasonably fresh as this pack provides for 28 days. It may seem a strange number if you think in terms of at least having a month or two supply at a time but here the manufacturer have provided for 4 whole weeks and you can easily see when you are running low and order another pack or two. I recommend.

This supplement comes in 3 different tablets, a multivitamin, a coenzyme Q10 and an omega 3.This is really useful for me as I do find that some of the supplements available have rather large capsules which I find difficult to swallow. This has a solid multivitamin which is scored down the middle so you can break it in half if you want to make it a bit easier to take. The other 2 are small gel capsules, which are my favourite type as they are tasteless and very easy to swallow.Price is good at the moment for a months supplement but I’m not sure I’d pay full price of £19.99.Hope you found my review helpful
