This works for a mostly straight-back-straight-through putting stroke. An arching stroke may still hit the guides. For half the price, you can get two alignment sticks. Lay them parallel on the ground, aligned to your target and swing the putter. If it hits one of sticks, there's your feedback. Plus, they can be used for the full swing not just putting. This product works but I have found better choices for less.

Putting trainer - This tool helps you work on a very basic putting component. There are a ton of gimmicky tools out there but I like this one because it’s small, easy to set up and came in sturdy carrying case.
