Damaged item
Hi I purchased this item from you for my wife. Today she attempted to wear this item as you can see the lobster claw is broken upon opening the box . Also the adverts states it is 925 silver which it is not . I would like a full refund please . My wife was very upset as this was a special gift from me .I'm sorry I had to put this here but there is no other way of contacting you directly.
