I was nervous about ordering this sofa without seeing it in person, but took a risk. The delivery was quick (took 4 business days) and the assembly was very easy. You just have to screw on the legs and put the back cushions on. The sofa was as described and was comfortable - not too soft, not too firm. However, there was a tear in the back of the sofa which was very upsetting. I contacted the company Cortesi Home and they were super helpful, responsive, and quick about sending replacement for the part that was torn. It took about a week and a half to get the replacement. I am really happy with the couch now and can definitely recommend it after experiencing the high quality customer service. There is a little bit of puddling on the sofa arm where I rest my elbow and in the back cushions but it doesn't bother me.

First off, I was pretty apprehensive about making a purchase with no reviews...the sofa arrived well before the allotted time, was packaged well, and was shipped to the coast of Cali in the middle of no-where. The sofa is slate grey, and rich.. the pics simply don't do it justice. the leather and stitching is "top notch". leather match side and back are also a HUGE bonus at this price point. The back separates for easy moving, the backrest cushions zipper on and also have Velcro strips. I would easily expect this manufacturer to raise the price on their line of sofas once feedback builds.. this is simply a great deal for the price.seating is firm but supportive and comfortableEnjoy

Careful with this item. If you buy it, don't sign for it until you open the box and make sure you got the right item.I was rushed into signing for it, and as soon as I opened it, I found it was 'not' the item pictured. Similar, but not the same. The back was different, and came in four pieces you're supposed to install yourself. One of the four pieces was missing, so I called the delivery crew and they were good enough to take it back, so I got lucky. After reviewing the order/picture, I realized what they shipped wasn't even the right item.

I just got this but I wanted to let everyone know that it was packaged very well looks great and feels comfortable.

Delivered as expected and in great condition. Beautiful sofa...very happy with the purchase.
