Mafaldine Italian Pasta di Gragnano | I.G.P. Protected | 17.6 Ounce | 500 Gram

I love it! I used it for "Marry Me Creamy Chicken with Spinach" recipe I found on Instagram. It held up well and not "mushy". The taste was excellent - not all pasta is created equally, and my family loved it. I cooked for 9 minutes and they were perfect. I don't mind paying the price for these. I cannot not find them locally in Southern California and it's worth it.

Great noodle quality and taste

I saw a lasagna soup recipe on YouTube that used this pasta. I decided to try and it was perfect! They are pricey but I only used about 1/4 of package and maybe even less than that portion. So you get several servings from it. I broke it up into pieces in the soup and they cooked perfectly. Loved these noodle and will use them in other recipes.

The pasta was great. It's a hard-to-find shape that I originally got at a local store that is now closed. It works well for Bolognese and other think chucky pasta sauces.

Really holds sauce well! Like mini lasagna! Great for soups or pasta dishes.

I am in heaven! I ordered this last night and less than 24 hours later I have it turned into dinner and it is delicious. Based on the photo of the pasta in the cellophane package I was a little worried that it would arrive in little shards, but the cellophane package is snuggly encased in a cardboard box so the pasta arrived with very minimal breakage. I don’t want to sound snobby but I like for my food to have a certain aesthetic as well as taste. This pasta ticks all my boxes.
