Ground bay leaves. I think it works better than whole leaves.
The aroma and flavor is good.... better than using a whole bay leaf.

It's garbage !
The date claimed that it was fresh until next year, but when I opened it and took a smell, it was almost like sniffing sawdust! Color wise it looks fresh but just has a faint and scent. Other than that, it tastes just as bad as it smells !

An excellent addition to my larder which makes the inclusion into so many meal types that much easier without the need to remove leaves and at the same time gives the taste and smell that we enjoy.Well worth the money
