First perfectly. On the gravely mower. It does have several different holes, I'm assuming to fit many brands and models.

Good replacement for JD 4200 tractor
I replaced the seat on my JD 4200 with this seat. pretty much exact fit except for the notice about needing new bolts. Not a big deal, easily attained at any hardware store. Great price and great fit. I'm happy!
