*UPDATE* upon seeing my review the company reached out to me and told me that I may have gotten a defective batch and offered to send me two more from a different batch at no extra cost and I could keep the ones that I had originally had. I have not had any trouble with the mugs that they sent the second time, the mugs may have not been sealed properly or something like that during manufacturing. *These are great mugs and nice people*I started breaking out in mouth ulcers as soon as I started using this mug, as well as getting a red rash around my mouth in the shape of a "milk moustache" where the mug had touched my mouth. I quit using the mug and both issues stopped. I started using it and the issues immediately started again. Mug doesn't seem safe.

I paid extra for this b/c it is flat and stable so won't tip and spill on tray. Gray is stylish Calvin Klein color. I like it but wish the seller knew about lead and cadmium in glaze. I asked but received one-word "yes" reply and no markings on bottom of cup.

Great mug. I am very pleased with this cup. It's 13oz size gives me plenty of coffee to start my day. I really like the variety of colors offered and I was able to pick my favorite color. This cup brings me joy when I sit and enjoy my cup of coffee or tea. I would recommend this cup and would purchase more as gifts.

You'd think all coffee cups are the same - not true. You know what I mean. Some coffee cups are top heavy and easily tip over, or they're too thick and you're afraid you'll accidently chip a tooth. Others are cheap and break easily, or they don't hold enough coffee or too much coffee, although, is there such a thing as "Too Much Coffee?"Anyway, these cups are just the right size and thickness, and hold about 13 ozs of coffee. They are not top heavy and have a flat bottom, which is good for a coffee warmer.Would buy again.

We bought these mugs because they were supposedly lead-free and microwave-safe. When they arrived, NOTHING on the mugs said lead-free or cadmium-free or microwave-safe or dishwasher-safe.Otherwise, they are nice mugs. A little heavy for a woman but great for a man.

I actually turned the mug into Something else for one of my customers. But the mugs itself was sturdy, nice color, and was shipped in a protective box to insure it wasn’t broken in transit. It came within two days of ordering. Only wish it was a little bigger in size. But overall I’m extremely happy with the seller and the product. Will purchase again.

The mug is quite large...short and wide. The handle feels as if it is almost put on upside down. The handle is also pretty large and with smaller hands it does make it harder to hold. I end up having to use both hands. Otherwise, no issues. The color is very close to the color shown online so it is more of a salmon pink and not red.

I love the mug. It is sturdy, nicely made, smooth to the touch, beautiful color, washes great in the dishwasher, great in the microwave, ... a very nice mug to enjoy my drinks!
