Overall a very mixed experience with these suppliers. We initially bought a couple of Boston Ferns for indoors and they arrived in good time and looked great and have continued to look great.On the basis of that experience we then bought some outdoor plants and that's where the positive experience turned a little less positive.The first set of plants arrived in good time but some looked a little less lively than others. One of the frustrating things is that they give no indication of what the plants actually are which shouldn't be too difficult for them to do. A label on each pot telling you what the plant is would not go amiss and would enable you to check whether it was meant to look how it does. Or even just a simple list of the items included as part of the receipt they send?The second set of plants didn't appear! When I contacted them via various channels I have to say my overall impression was not positive. I was an unhappy customer who was out of pocket and there was not a word of apology - in fact there opening line was "The courier has massively let us down." The courier in question was Royal Mail who I have not had any significant problems with in the past. No apology from them at all and when I checked their Amazon listing I saw that the product we had ordered was "currently unavailable." Their offer to wait until they came back into stock or a refund was reasonable but took several emails to get.We did go on to get a further product from them and they arrived in good time and looked okay but again the lack of any details about which plants they had sent does feel like a missing element.
