Excellent product. I suffer with arthritis and fibromyalgia and during bad flare ups going to the loo is difficult sometimes. If my back is really bad the act of pulling my knickers up and down is excruciating and can often end up with an accident because it is taking me so long to pull down my pants, which is upsetting for me plus results in a clean up being needed. I do wear incontinence pads on a daily basis but when im in a really bad way and halfway through the pulling down of my pants, sometimes my bladder just lets go and the pad cannot cope.I was a little embarrassed to try these out but sometimes we just have to give in and use the helpful items that are out there, these pull up disposable pants are one of those products. They are exactly like the ones used for toddlers going through toilet training but please don't let that put you off as they are superb.The absorbent padded area goes right up passed your bum crack area and the front is certainly high enough for a man, it came well above the 'mound' area.Yesterday was a hot, clammy and thundery day with the evening being very close and two fans were needed in my living room so after i had bathed i thought getting one of these one would be sweaty struggle...it wasn't. They pulled up with ease, in fact easier than putting regular knickers on when you're hot and still damp from a bath. The waist area of the pants came right up to my waist, no digging in and the elastic was very stretchy and so comfortable. The leg elastic is also super comfortable with absolutely no digging in to my legs at all, plenty of give yet during my bedtime acrobatics of moving around the waist and leg elastic did not budge, i often wake up with my normal pants rolled down because ive wriggled about in bed so much.The amount of absorbent padding means when im in the throws of a flare up any accident will be collected easily with no mess needing to be cleaned up afterwards, if my bladder decides to let go during the pulling down part its easy to just press the padded area closer to your underneath to collect the flow. The pads hold a lot of liquid too, i tested the one i took off after wearing overnight (i didn't want to waste a fresh one) i poured a pint of water into the pad, it became heavy but did not leak at all.I think these are excellent. They are not at all bulky, i wear leggings mostly and my bum looked just the same when i tried them on with the padded pants, nobody would know i was wearing them. They're so comfortable that you don't know you're wearing them. They are perfect for adults who usually need a nappy but want their own independence of caring for their own toilet needs, adult nappies are very difficult to put on yourself but these are a breeze.I will definitely keep a pack of these in my wardrobe.For reference, i am a UK dress size 16. 5'8" with a long body. These pants would fit up to a dress size 18, maybe a 20 at a push. Also a large and XL in men.

Assistance with any issues of incontinence is the first declared objective of these absorbent pads. Such issues have not so far troubled me (at my mere eighty years). Nevertheless there is more to getting old than that, and in the general interest of keeping one's body managed and easy to live with I can offer a favourable report.In general the pads tick enough of the right boxes. They are lightweight but fairly full in texture, and I can well imagine that they will deal effectively with incontinence problems if any. In fact one of these pads can be useful for at least one less pressing issue, in particular a fungal rash that can feel slightly damp without being wet. The pad imparts a sense of dryness that is quite agreeable, and in fact dampness is hardly perceptible on the pad itself when it is removed after wear, which can be for as long as an entire day. There seems to be no issue of odour so far as I can tell either.It's all perfectly compatible with whatever one chooses to wear in that part of the male anatomy -- trousers, jeans, shorts, it doesn't feel or look awkward with any of them, and I see no reason to feel or suspect embarrassment. Whether the pad is intended to stand up to the wash I don't yet know, but even for a single wear this is a useful and helpful item.

I selected these to review as I am currently trying to find a suitable brand of pants for my elderly father who has dementia and has unfortunately become incontinent. He is very difficult to purchase for due to his reluctance to have any aid that highlights to him something as personal as incontinence. I thought that these would be ideal as rather than the pads the Incontinence Team have provided, which he just removes, these are more like proper pants that he can pull up or down giving him some dignity and personal control back.After a few failed attempts, he has now accepted them. They are soft to touch and appear to be comfortable as he’s not trying to remove them, the absorbency is good for his level of incontinence. The only downside is they are slightly bulky so I think if he was wearing his smart trousers, they would be obvious. Fortunately at the moment he is just wearing elasticated jogging bottoms, so that is not an a issue that would deter me from buying these again.I would recommend Absorbeo Pants PlusI received this product as part of the Amazon Vine programme. These nappy pants are probably the most comfortable ones I've used in a very long time. They don't irritate my skin and don't restrict my movement. They are very breathable and lock in any kind of moisture. However, they don't take the shape of your body, which results in bulges, especially on the front. If you're more of a comfort over looks type, I definitely recommend them for you.

I decided to review these for Vine as I had rather embarrassingly developed a temporary incontinence and these appearing on my recommendations coincided with this unfortunate event. (I tried not to view this as an omen).These are as others have mentioned a very strange shape indeed. They are also so bulky that they leave you looking a very strange shape even when worn under thick jeans.....They also because of the odd shape and design did not stay in the right place when worn at night and failed to catch the "leaks" as the absorbent part was lower that the exit point. Luckily the condition has resolved itself. Had I needed to continue these would not have been the answer.Not recommended.

It is comfortable and easy to wear and has good absorptance. The quality of the product was found to be very good and highly recommend it for whenever needed.
