Nice moderate price for a brush
Good size to create details in the work.I have just taken up watercolor painting. I am not a natural at it, but I wanted to try something new. I was looking for supplies that are good quality, but moderately priced. This fits the bill well. It is well made, but not too expensive. Holds water well and maintains it shape well.

Love these brushes
I primarily paint with watercolors, and while I like a soft brush, I don't like it as soft as a Princeton Neptune. A few months ago, I was looking for a small filbert and found a super inexpensive one from the KINGART Premium Radiant series. It was so much better than I expected, so I ordered #10 and a #12 rounds. They arrived earlier this week, each in a plastic bag with the clear protective tip covering the bristles. Neither brush had any smells, issues of any kind. The bristles seem firmly attached, the handles are smooth, and wow, are these nice to paint with! They're a bit softer than a Velvetouch and significantly softer than the Snap series, but like I said, a little less soft than a Neptune, and for me, this is perfect for almost everything. They're great for washes, hold lots of water and paint but don't just pour it out at once - these hold the water and paint well, they hold a reasonably good point, and they're very satisfying to paint with. I actually can't think of anything to complain about. And they're also a good value. I've seen Kingart on Amazon for a few years, but I'm glad I finally tried them. I'll probably also get a #6 round and a 1/4" flat brush to round out my Kingart Radiant collection.

The bristles came off
I love these brushes because they're easy to hold and the shape is good. The first few times I used it the bristles came off. It looked as though I had a shedding cat. I have no pets so it didn't come from me. I love the size and style but if the bristles fall off it can ruin my entire painting. I ordered 2 sizes and the larger one has the problem but the smaller size is great so far.

Highly surprised by how beautiful this brush glides with face paint!
The media could not be loaded. Love this brush, I’m a 20 year face painter in the biz and this brush is such a pleasure to use! It will be replacing my Loew Cornell’s for sure!

Great brush
Well-made brush, with nice soft bristles that stay together. Any painter knows what a pain it is when there is a hair or two that won't stay with the rest. These don't do that. I got 3 of them.

Medium grade watercolor brush
This is a short handled, synthetic bristled brush and would be most suited to watercolor and craft painting. Not a bad brush at all. I would place it in about a middle range.I am an oil, acrylic and watercolor artist, so I use brushes like this one a lot.The Taklon bristles are stiff enough so that the sharp point seems to be retained pretty well. There are enough bristles behind the sharp point to hold a lot of paint if it is fairly thin. This is a good brush and the price is in line with the list price of similar quality brushes. If you are buying enough art materials from an art supply website to get free shipping (usually about $35) similar quality brushes can be purchased for about half this price. If you have to pay shipping, though, this price is right in line.I have a friend who does museum collector quality oil paintings who uses a similar #4 round brush as his only brush. His has a longer handle though. So, you can do some excellent quality work with this brush!Reecommended.

Not worth the price
Compared to a cheap $1 brush, the only thing this provides is a nicer wood handle. The brush itself had quite a few frayed whiskers, and lost its springiness about as fast as a cheap brush.
