I was never sent an installation manual with this unit. For some odd reason this stereo is not sending sound to the speakers. I think I was sent a lemon. What a painful process.

I just had this unit installed in our RV because the original older model failed after only 2 years.The new replacement model is nearly impossible to set up. Still can't get the DVD player to come on in the TV.The audio is very faint when in the TV mode. There must be better products available that are easier to set up.The manual is not comprehensive enough. What a waste.

I’ve had three of these units. Been replaced and replaced with “newer upgraded models” because Bluetooth doesn’t work, usb won’t work, fm won’t even work. I’ve been on the phone with tech support and I’ve come to the conclusion these are absolute junk. Better off buying a cheap Bluetooth speaker to sit in your camper. Do not waste money.Just checked back in a year later. Still a POS. Have issues every trip. Will replace with anything I can find that’s the same size/functionality.

Easy to install, sound quality throughout RV is excellent. Bluetooth is very quick to connect. DVD sound quality and ease of connection is flawless.
