It is compacted & plastic sealed so careful when opening, as soon as you make a hole to remove plastic the mattress starts to expand. It is so comfortable to sleep on, not too firm & definitely not too soft, it caters for the body moving either on your back or on your side, i would recommend 100%.

Good priced single mattress, would have liked the memory foam to have been thicker and more comfortable.

Amazing mattress however we ordered the wrong size as needed a European double instead. Was told could return at my own cost which was £50 so I'd loose £50 sending it back which doesn't seem fair I wouldn't know of it fit until it was unrolled. Not unpacked though.

Bought this as a replacement for my son. He's well pleased and a comfortable nights sleep. Might buy another for my daughter. Delivered on time, but spent 2 days in local delivery depot because it was heavy. Bit confused.

The worst mattress we had this as our guest bed our guest had the worst night sleep ever! Springs when lay on the bed poke in your back legs etc not what it has been described do not buy this matter under any circumstances they do let you send the mattress back. They just say keep it. We don’t even want it. We’ve gotta get rid of it ourselves.One positive customer service response was good but the product itself awful don’t buy

Fast delivery by a polite driver.Took it out of the box and before it was out it started to inflate so we quickly took the plastic off. After a few days only one corner was not inflated properly so that was put at the bottom of the bed and has now sorted itself out.Has been used a couple of times and no complaints.So looks like a very good purchase
