I received it in July 8th and it's august 13. After the first cup, few things: - The energy is obvious. Note that I am not a coffee person so my reaction was raw. A lot of energy from 11am to about 5pm. - Suppressed my appetite. Even if I eat I can't even finish one half of a baby carrot Fast forward after a week. - The energy effect still strong - The appetite suppressant effect still in effect At this point I started training so I had to force myself to eat something because it does give me energy but after that my body is pretty strained. So I decided to start taking it at 2pm. Morning I eat if I can because this coffee helped me regulate my eating habits. so the effects: - I am able to sleep better after my workouts. This doesn't make you lose sleep - I don't feel any stomach pain, headache or the tingling preworkout stuff usually gives you - it is very gentle on the body yet very effective Fast forward after a month - my body has gotten used to the routine - the coffee still has the strong effect on me - I eat less and enjoy making meals now. Since I don't need to eat a lot anymore it's easier to eat healthier - Obviously I lost a lot of weight. I don't like the scale so I rarely weight myself but to give an idea went from 154 to 137lbs. Not sure if it's water weight of fat but I am leaner (I also started working out but I shed faster with something like this coffee in addition) I am not bulky but stronger. More compact you can say. In conclusion this coffee to me is a tool I use to control my eating habits (I tend to snack a lot) it also gave me the energy I didn't know I needed. I don't think it is addictive. I feel like it kind of educate your body. I am more than impressed with the purchase Update: it is now january 2022 I had to put whoever needed the boost of energy and shed few weight on. I restarted my martial art journey and from time to time I also was falling ill. This really helped me stay on my 2 feet (though I'd advice against using it to recover illness because it's caffeine and you need more vitamins and multivitamin to strengthen your immune system) Never the less I have never looked back since. This is the only coffee I take. Not everyday but days I feel like my body needs a little jolt of energy instantly!! It sends you to the bathroom if your guts were messed up so I have been able to control my weight and oscillate between 135 and 144 now. I would like to keep it at 135 but my silhouette is the same eitherway. This is a winner

This seller has passed on the Buy 3 Get 1 free price directly to you without having to purchase all the boxes at one time, simple math will show you that. Excellent for those who do not want to be committed to purchasing on automatic ship through the company. Also this product is not just about the weight you see on the scale. It burns fat as well. I ask all of you to measure yourself and then use the product. See the results for yourself. Also I notcied the very first day I tried it (I am a medical transcriber) the clarity and speed which I could work day was amazing. I would purchase for no other reason than that. I waited a few days and tried a second sample, and again, the same thing. Some people might need two cups a day spread out, but I find one cup for me is enough energy to get me through my work day and into the early evening. There is absolutely no coffee jitters. I felt good throughout the whole day. I suggest you give it a try. I figure I am drinking my coffee anyway, why not; and it taste really good. I am 58 years old and feel tired and sluggish most afternoons from 1:00 on. The first day I noticed I didnt even feel the beginning of a letdown until after 4:00 and I still did more that evening than usual. UPDATE: 01/17/14 - I have lost 6 pounds. Before I even weighed myself I noticed I could put my shoes on much easier bending over. My husband says my middle (where my weight problem is) looked smaller too. I ran out of coffee and thought I would try another weight loss coffee and little cheaper. It gave me jitters, I am craving still with mixed feelings of energy and tiredness. I am going back on this coffee. It may not work for everyone but it definitely works for me. I have a friend who lost 17 pounds so it does work. I love the taste too. I look forward to my coffee.

It ok product I have not seen any results to loose weight

I like taste ,it’s not different than normal every coffee yay! I noticed after drinking the 1st cup. My pawls started moving not much yet, but I can tell some kind of constructions going on. It is my second day today so I have no idea if this is going to work but so far,I haven’t noticed much appetite decrease. Hopefully it will soon. I’ll keep you posted. have an update to share about this coffee like I said before. The taste is amazing for me I like it but it didn’t do what is supposed to do, which was to decrease my appetite! Have been using for almost 2 weeks now, I can’t return and it’s too expensive ! I was really hoping to work. I'm Very disappointed. I gave two stars because of the taste.

I wonder who the reviewers writing such crap think we customers are? Do they think we are stupid enough to believe what they are saying? Like this reviewer who rated Javita 5 stars yet wrote two lines ? Or the other who said:'So far I've been drinking it for a month and I'm down 22 lbs" ... No way anyone can lose weight whether it is 4 lb a week or 6 just by drinking Javita coffee !! Javita is great , true... I discovered it a few weeks ago and I bought it on Amazon. The reason I bought it is because i used to buy fat burner Garcinia Cambogia tablets and also rasberry ketones on Amazon.This coffee also is made of Garcinia Cambogia ... While you drink coffee you lose body fat. I read a lot about Garcinia Cambogia and Rasberry ketones both acting as fat burner and help with losing weight... That is true, but noone is going to lose weight just by taking those tablets or drinking that Javita coffee! Let me be clear on that... Unless some metabolisms are prone to lose weight in a quicker way...but not mine... As I live in the middle east, when I first ordered the rasberry ketones and Garcinia Cambogia they were confiscated by the local health authorities and they were not released to me until their lab tested and analysed them. They are safe to use, as not all labs make such healthy supplements, you have to be careful from which manufacturer you buy these supplements. Mine were bought on Amazon and I think that is somehow a garantee you get good quality products, and the labs where they were made are renowned: Research Verified,and GSD & Company,inc. To go back to the coffee, it is true that it helps burn fat and lose weight, but you also need to exercise at leat 30 mn a day (walk, jog or whatever activity). I have been on a diet through a dietician since first November 2014 and up to date lost 20 kg... I exercise 6 days a week , follow a diet and take those tablets and javita coffee. What is also true, since I started taking Javita i have noticed that my body fat is reduced by the double...my dietician weighs me every week and his automatic weighing machine generate a detailed report on total weight, extra cellular water, protein ,minerals and body fat...I have noticed that the body fat loss was double since I started taking Javita. I drink 2 coffees a day one in the morning and one in the evening. This I can guarantee you is true... But whether it will work for everybody , that I cannot say... All you have to do is try... I have all my weekly weight detailed reports and can email them to you to prove that, but not all bodies are the same and respond to the same supplement or treatment in the same way. The coffee itself tastes great....

Okay so as a 30-something carrying some extra chub, I was hoping this would help suppress my emotional binging appetite (long time eating disorder here). When used properly, I found that it actually DOES help; not to the appetite suppressant level of a prescription at the weight loss clinics, but it does a great job for what it is. I actually prefer this over the medication because it does NOT mess with my heart and give weird palpitations like other things. Other pros I've discovered with this product: - Super energy (I call it my super coffee) - Decent appetite suppression - Tastes pretty good (I blend mine with a little sugar free creamer) - Helps me focus through long, pointless, stupid meetings with equally stupid people - Keeps me regular on strict diets (sorry but it's true and y'all KNOW it's important AF) Cons: - the price As good as this is, I still sit here and fight with my money- conscious self over the price. Eventually, however, I do cave in and buy it because the pros outweigh the cons in my situation and I have not been able to find a cheaper alternative that works half as well. So I reluctantly roll over and submit to Javita because they did create a good product and they know its worth. NOTE: I only typically use one packet per day and still get awesome results. I feel 2 per day might thrust me into another dimension.

I first discovered this in 2016 tru friend. And I tried it and it works for me. But you need to set your goal. If you want to loose weight with this coffee, you really have to mean it. You cannot just drink this coffee and eat lots of donuts or eat whole box of pizza. Ofcourse you have to strict your diet and excercise (walking or running) for atleast 30 minutes a day for it to work. Otherwise, you're just wasting your money🙂 Hope this helps. Only 4 stars because maybe I want javita to improve more🙂

No notable weight change as yet.. but no better nor worse as a instant coffee

This is for losing weight. The price was good and it did not take long to get here. I have been on it for awhile but it was too expensive getting it through Javita and took too long to get here.

The order is for 2 boxes of 24 cups of instant coffee, but I only received one. It is not allowing me to return this package, and thus not allowing a refund. I would like my other package or a refund.

Did nothing at all.
