Great product
I have never had a cordless vacuum cleaner before as I thought that the battery would never last very long but I was wrong, it’s great.I have downsized my home so with very little storage space the fact that it hangs on a wall is perfect. I can vacuum my whole house with one charge and it picks up really well. The two small disadvantages are that there are more tools than fit in the bracket and the collection container is very small and needs emptying quite often. Perhaps I need to clean more often so there’s less to hoover up!!!

Not as useful as I'd hoped
I've had this tool for 4 months and we use it every week. This vac is amazing within it's use parameters. If you live in a small place with sparse furnishing its brilliant and a perfect garget. I don't. I live in a large house. This vac is great for a "quick whizz around" in one room only because the power only last 10 - 15 minutes on full. If you have it on the lower setting the motorised brush isn't triggered so it picks up virtually nothing. With the brush activated it's a true miracle to behold. The head of the vac is too heavy me to do the stairs with and you can't manoeuvre it around in tight spaces very well so under tables and behind the bed. It's works really well in every direction so not just with the pile of a carpet, so it gets big points on that. It also takes an age to charge up... 24 hours or more. My recommendation to Dyson would be to introduce removable and replacement batteries like power tools such as Ryobi or Makita, because that's essentially what this is right? You wouldn't buy a cordless drill if the entire unit needs charging? Also, it doesn't pick up larger bits. Anything larger than a 20p coin size and it will leave it on the floor. Overall a great piece of kit but I was hoping to replace my cylinder Miele C3 but it lives on in my house; is still doing all the heavy lifting and it's getting on for 9 years old.....hmmmm? Maybe I'll have to get a new Miele as well?!

If you only buy it for 2 years then it's great
I was superhappy with this Dyson, praised it to everyone...Suction power is great and always there, easy to navigate and great added tools came with it.However,* even when first used it is hard to keep pressing the On button. I cannot imagine anyone with arthritis or weak hand you can hold and press the button for long.* The suction power is great on max, but that uses a lot of energy. The lower power is okay but would struggling to hold things it will just circulate the dirt in the head.* The filters need to washed regularly with at leasr 24h airdry, making sure it is dry before use again = it never happened to me that I did not need it when it was drying and out of order...* Opening the dust collector is cumbersome on mine (my friend said it is much easier on hers) but regardless of that, the dust goes all around the bin...* The hair needs to be removed just like in the 80s from the head, does not matter you have short or long (I had long in 2020 and cut it in 2021)* Hard to reach customer service with tech issues and beside cleaning and some basic advice you will not get much out of them, save yourself time and just watch some YouTube* Not many if any email got a response in the past 3 years* Hitting out of warranty (3 year) the battery last 3 min on high power - this is not an exaggeration! It is working for about 10-15 on lower but you will need to hoover every day then or twice a day....Yes I could buy new battery, cheap or original there are lot in the market...But I will never buy battery operated one again, will go back to the old fashioned corded ones.My friend (before I bought mine) said it's great but they only use in the kitchen for quick clean up and she has a corded one for normal house cleaning. Should have read between the lines!
