Exceptional Laptop

Wasn't working, but HP customer service helped
Laptop came faster than expected, but wouldn't boot up because of a windows issue. Contacted HP Customer Service and they were very helpful and friendly. They even called me back twice to make sure that the issue had been resolved.

Zero Stars
Received March 17th. Right out of the box it was randomly shutting down and screen freezing. Today is June 15th and still having issues. Have probably spent close to 15 hours on the phone with various hp techs running the same diagnostic tests and fixes including reloading the OS, completely wiping the system and even sent back once for "repair" where some lazy tech decided to change out a perfectly good fan as the solution. HP should be paying me for the hours I spent enduring their product testing.
