This definitely works and curbs appetite. Just make sure you’re near a bathroom 😖💩. I noticed that the best time to take it is at night before bed. You sleep better and you’re not going all night. Now when it does settle in you will feel the gas pain before you go. It’s not that bad though. It blends well with any shake because it doesn’t really have a taste. I don’t recommend mixing with water, that’s nasty 😖; it’ll just taste like blended spinach/ or grass. But outside of that I like it. I loss 10lbs in 2wks. It says take it everyday. I started out everyday, but after a while I was tired of the frequent bathroom visits 🤦🏾‍♀️. So I’d do every other. Def do the 2 scoops. 1 scoop works, but not as effective. But yeah I definitely recommend. I never give a review, so it’s worth it. Don’t be disappointed by the package size. Trust me it’s enough.

The stomach cramps I'm not fond of. However it really does work, I'm in the toilet as I write this!🥴 I would say drink plenty of water I felt a little dehydrated. Every time I got comfortable my stomach started rolling... so, I hope I don't go all day, even though I'm happy I'm going. It didn't take long to work. I put it in my smoothie earlier and this is my official first time using it. The last time I threw my shake out because I left it in the fridge a couple of days or so.

Omg this had me going. I took it before bed and by 5-6 in the morning wow. The only thing I realize for me is the cramping was bad before I had to go, it hurt a lot, but after like 5 minutes I was fine. It works well.

So I took two scoops the following morning after receiving this (came pretty quickly). An hour later I felt the need to poop and did so. I figured that was pretty cool. I went on with my day. Later that day, while in class, my stomach began to hurt bad and I had gas! I ran to the bathroom and let out at 12 inch clay colored turd. It smelled horrid! I imagine it was a collection of all the fast food and junk I eat lodged in my bowels. I felt pretty good after relieving myself.Only bad thing, this stuff tastes so nasty!!!!!!!!

I took this product around 11am that morning! It didn’t hit me until around 1am the next morning. The stomach cramps I was not fond of. However it really does work. Every time I got comfortable my stomach started rolling. I was going every 20 minutes for the Frist two hrs but after that it was like every hour. Be sure to have your toilet paper on deck! This really did cleanse me out. I will take it once a month to cleanse my body instead of everyday. I love this product my stomach is much flatter after taking this product. I will differently recommend this to all my friends and family, are anyone that need help cleansing their system!
