I purchased this nylon watch band (18mm, blue) for a vintage Elgin automatic and I am generally pleased with the result.This nylon band is a very thick, heavy-duty nylon - very different from most nylon NATO straps - and should serve well for a long time. It has effective quick-change pins to make putting it on/taking it off very simple and easy. If you look at the pics, you'll notice that the hardware is a matte-finished, aluminum and very heavy-duty. The nylon band has a reinforcing strip where the holes are for the buckle pin and should prevent tearing.What don't I like about the band? The keepers are fixed and, if you have a small wrist like I do, there's a lot of excess band that sticks out. Making the second keeper so it will slide would help that.But, on the whole, it's a very sturdy, nylon band with a lot of good features that place it a cut above any NATO out there.

10/15/19 Update: I got a band that i thought was 22mm, but tried to put in on and it just would not slide in place so I got the tape measure out and it was off by 1mm as in 1mm to big to fit. This is the first seller that read my review and has fixed the issue by sending one for free and it was perfect. The issue is not at all this sellers fault, but they are now checking the band size to make sure this does not happen to others, out of all the sellers(8) that I bought bands from, 6 did not fit and were not the size listed, this is literally the only seller that has cared about my experience and has fixed the issue to ensure the buyer is happy.

Easy to install thanks to the quick release spring bars, and actually is the size the seller claimed it to be! Looks good on my UF gator colored vintage Oris hand wound I don't see myself ever swapping it out for the orange silicone strap that is this piece's alternate. Not to mention the very low price I got it at...

Cheap. Impossible to put on my watch. I returned it the same day I received it. I then went to a local jeweler and for a few dollars more had exactly what I needed in 5 minutes.

Lovely watch band! I bought this because my watch desperately needed a new band but wanted a color that could go with everything and did not want a leather or plastic band that could make my wrist sweaty- this was an awesome find that checked all the boxes. An added plus is that the quality and stitching are great and looks like it will be durable for a while.

package delivered was not this watch band but a bag of aluminum studs used in body piercing. watchband label was stuck over the label for aluminum studs.

I needed a watch bad that would breath and not retain moisture. This one does the trick, it is durable, breaths and fits snug.
