2/6 letters had a hole
Luckily I had tape and made themWork but several letters had holes in them and although I had tape, they were still clearly deflating and not as nice and the ones that were correctly manufactured.

Item was used.
My order was shipped late and when it finally arrived it was clearly already used. It had a string already tied to one end and had a hole in it. Very disappointed.

Huge hole
I ordered 4 balloon letters (prom) unfortunately the letter “p” came with a huge hole. Prom is tonight :-(

Garbage balloons
Out of the 13 letters purchased 2 came late, 2 wouldn’t inflate, 1 had to be replaced, and overall they are absolutely not 18” tall. Find something else. Major disappointment and a huge waste of fundraising money for homecoming. Beyond disappointed.
