They do have a little stretch to them but i would not call them stretchy. Very comfortable and breathable tho

Feels like cloth, but be warned you can't move much in it. Lol. Like it's not stretchy material.

A 3xl would probably work for you. I wear a men's XL pants and the 5x was really big on me
