I've been looking for a new purse/lunch bag all in one. I use to carry two bags and a lot of my items that didn't fit into my purse ended up over flowing into my lunch bag. This wasn't working any more.So after many hours and days of research, I found this bag to be the right size and budget for what I needed during my work week.Here are my personal Pro and Cons I have so far of this weekend bag.Pros,Good Size -without being to largeShoe compartment -which I use for carrying my lunch and has worked perfectly (Had to use a flat lunch containers in order to utilize the unique shoe compartment space.Colors are bright -true nautical colors are horizontal, although the black zippers get lost or "blend" in the pattern depending on how you look at it.Handles -The short handles was the first thing I touched and are super well made and I feel super confident every time I lift my bag that these short handles will support this bag. The long handle is doubled if you shorten it and is well made and I have no worries about it holding up my bag.Pho Leather - its a light brown and hasn't cracked or chipped/peeled yet (updates will come as I continue to use my bag)Bag material -is soft yet sturdy, I found some misprint of the pattern ink and loose threats but nothing that impedes on the bag falling apart.Insides is a nylon type material and I'm not a fan of but there wasn't any type of odor when I received my bag other than it smelled new and unused.ConsInside material -is a nylon type material and can easily get snagged on pointy keys, or products bottles from my previous experience with bag lining like this. But since I'm using a felt purse/bag insert*, so now I'm not too worried.*I found the perfect purse/bag liner for this weekend bag here (https://amzn.to/2VvmNrQ) The X-Large size comes with two cup inserts and has really worked out great, plus I have room for my planers and notebooks.Inside bag pockets -are really small and don't hold to much, but I was able to fix that with a purse/bag insert.Shoe compartment -you have to tip your bag over to fully get it open, which can shift things around in your bag depending on if the zipper is closed or if you are using an insert, which has helped from that issue from happening.Outer bag cloth material -I'm used to using a cloth type bag/purse, so I used a Scotchgard Fabric Protector Spray, which dried fairly quickly and didn't leave any order. I needed a travel weekender with a trolley strap on it and I really liked that this one had the shoe compartment. I traveled with this several times and I was able to use it as my personal bag on Delta without any issues. I will say I did not fill it all the way up, if it was completely stuffed full I would probably not have been able to fit it under the seat in front of me so that my pose some issues. I like how nice the bag is put together and how good quality the fabric is. Everything feels very soft and well sewn together, and the zipper is really substantial and easy to use. It's not my largest weekender, but when you add in the shoe compartment it is probably my most useful weekender.

Absolutely love this bag. I bought it to use for a carry on for vacation and it was perfect. The only downside to it is that it smelled really strange when I took it out of the packaging however it's been a month of using it now for work and the smell is completely gone. Perfect size and so cute! Might actually order a second one as a baby bag!

This bag is very roomy. Held enough clothing for 5 days, if your not a clothes hog! Bag is attractive and loved the bottom shoe compartment. It has a nice long strap that can be adjusted.

Perfect for travel. In a car traveling or through an airport. Very durable but not to bulky. I love the shoe bottom and the straps are very strong. You can keep it in car to have a comfy, sporty outfit to change into after a long day at work. I purchased a cheaper travel bag first but sent it back. It was to flimsy. I am very happy with this bag. Well worth the price.

I love this bag!!!!! List of things I love....design, soft fabric, feels like qualitymaterials, looks like quality craftsmanship, great size, perfect for overnight stays, fits GREAT in plane overhead bin, & SUPER cute!!!! I would NEVER check this bag for a flight.... it's not made for that. Plus, it's too cute to be thrown around. I bought the pink leopard print bag. Oh, yeah! Slides over the suitcase handle so it doesn't fall off your suitcase. LOVE this bag! I'd love a matching tote!

Yall, there arent many options out there for weekender bags. so I chose the best one. Its cute. Its a good size. It has nice pockets. The bottom shoe compartment is cool. I think it will survive light use for about a year. So im keeping it. But I debated on whether to return it. Because it looks cheap yall. Like $20 bag cheap not $40+ cheap, but... Also the lining sounds like crinkled up plastic bags. Why? the outside is cloth, just continue on with that guys. And could someone please tell me what these extra side hooks are for? They seem pretty unnecessary.
