Would never recommend KAFF India products.
Pathetic client service. No one bothers. Faulty burners and wicks right from the time of installation. 3 out of do not self ignite.Twice the technician has come and visited with the same reply. We don’t have the spare parts. BUY KAFF products at your own risk.

Worthless and waste of money
I am one among them who feels bad and disappointed after purchasing kaff hob, i purchased kaff hob on 2021 and I faced with the burner issue after one year of purchase i.e. burners got shrunken and the bottom of the vessels are turning black like it is cooked in fire wood, complaint has been registered and technician suggested that the burners need to be replaced, it was replaced from the company side since it was under warranty period but again I am facing the same burner issue and technician suggested the same. But this time the warranty period is over, so the cost of burner should be borne by me, at the same time after knowing the goodness of the product it is understood that i should deposit huge amount of money for changing the burners every year till i throw the product. According to me it is worthless and failure product. Please don't buy this product and waste your valuable money bcoz you will not get any justice from the customer care side, instead they will blame that bcoz of your careless usage the product got spoiled.

Worst product
1. No kaff service2. The burners deform quickly and the flame will not come uniformly . Gas goes waste due to deformed burners

Absolutely pathetic and faulty gas hob!!! Burners dont work properly! Infact flames burst out of these burners . It’s dangerous and caught fire a couple of timeS!!
