I bought this as the replacement for Swanson capsules and I say this works better for arthiritis than I thought it would.

Bromelain is extracted from pineapple so no surprise it smells a bit like it. I wish the tablets were more of an easier shape to swallow, but they're OK. I bought this along with N Acetyl cysteine as some studies have shown the combination breaks down the spike protein. I'm not a doctor, so you'll have to do your own research and decide what's best for you.
