Hillman 2854 8 x 1-Inch Oval Head Antique Brass Decorative Sheet Metal Screw, 30-Pack

I used these screws so far to two things.One was to affix a very large copper tray atop an old coffee table to look like a copper traytable. One screw penetrated with persistancethe copper tray and then to the wood.There is a slightly raised head so it had to beplaced target center to not interfere with anythingbeing set on the table.I used it to affix a corner molding as well ,which was a mahogany red. The screw blended perfectly. but again the head is raised.

Worked well in my application. The #8 screw was nice and beefy.

I thinkthe heads are a little small for #8's????

Great looking and maintains its color after screwing in within the Philips head. Be careful on hardwoods, head breaks off if over tightened.

They looked great and were good quality. Put together a mahogany cabinet with them and they are perfect.

Do you know how hard it is to try and find these in a store? Anyway, they worked perfectly for some rustic bronze antique finished, cowboy themed towel hangers, toilet paper holders, and light switch covers I had. They look nice and seem to be holding up after almost 6 months. Recommended.

These were exactly what I needed, they seem a bit pricey but considering they were the only screws I could locate that matched my antique drawer pulls, they were worth every penny.

Excellent!! Went looking at all the local hardware stores and found nothing to match my rustic door pull. These screws matched perfectly. Had no problems whatsoever. Thank you for helping me finish the job with the proper screws!

Contacted Hillman group about missing screws they referred me back to Amazon. Amazon wants me to return them, i only have 13 screws? I would advise you to buy them from a more reputable than Hillman. I gave up and reordered from a different company.Got screws from Hard to Find Fasteners had 30 in the box as advertised
